Q: I need to know what amperage the level 2 charge stations will deliver and if it will have the 5 pin J1772 charge plug. Thanks A: The SAE J1772 cord set is an industry standard and will be included on all charging stations purchased by the City for this project. Regarding amperage, the charging stations will deliver up to 32 amps at either 208 or 230 volts (1 phase), however, the J1772 cord set is currently listed for 30 amps. Depending on the voltage supplied to the charging station, the battery should charge at between 6.2 and 6.9 kilowatts/hour with a 30 amp AC input.
Q: Where are all of the recycling bins located?
A: You can find each location listed on the Energy Footprint Map
Q: Wil you have ongoing statistics for each of these projects?
A: Yes, Statistics on projects will be updated on the project pages as they are made available. There will also be a educational kiosk in the Charlotte Mecklenburg Government Center lobby that will demonstrate the energy savings from specific projects.
